Every Couture by RSA ensemble is crafted with intricate embellishment and detailed craftsmanship. As each piece is created by hand, subtle variations in fabric patterns, lace, patchwork, embellishments and finishing may occur.

The colour of the final garment may also appear slightly different from the images depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.

These subtle variations are an inherent part of handcrafted couture and contribute to the individuality of every piece.
Shipping & Delivery

Production & Delivery

Production time and shipping time are presented separately to provide clarity, particularly for bridal and bespoke orders, which require extended craftsmanship and production time.

Local Orders - Pakistan

Formal:

Made-to-order formal ensembles require approximately 15–20 working days for production and hand finishing.

Bridal:

Bridal ensembles require approximately 45–50 working days due to their extensive hand embroidery and embellishment.

International Orders

Formal:

Approximately 20–25 working days, including production and standard international shipping.

Bridal:

Approximately 55 - 65 working days, including production and standard international shipping.

International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier schedules, customs clearance and other circumstances beyond our control.

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Couture by RSA ensembles feature delicate fabrics, intricate embellishments and handcrafted
detailing. Proper care is essential to preserve their beauty and craftsmanship.

  • Do not use bleach or stain-removing chemicals.
  • Avoid leaving the garment damp or exposed to strong or direct sunlight for extended periods.
  • Iron only at moderate temperature.
  • Do not wash the outfit at home.
  • Use a professional dry cleaner experienced in handling delicate and embellished couture.
  • Store the garment in clean, dry and breathable garment bag, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

For bridal and bespoke orders, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance of your event. This allows sufficient time for handcrafted production, quality checking, customization where applicable and delivery.
